Curriculum & Syllabus
- New syllabus for classes IX and X has been prepared in line with the NCF-2005 and introduced in class IX in 2008 and in class X the next year (i.e. 2009). The first HSLC Examination under this new syllabus was conducted in 2010.
- Again the new syllabus for classes I to VIII prepared in line with NCF-2005 will be introduced w.e.f. the academic session 2011.
- 20% of the total marks for each subjects assessed internally will be credited to the external examination w.e.f. the HSLC Examination, 2011.
- With the introduction of new syllabus, the Board had taken up a 4-day orientation programme for the in-service teachers of all schools recognized by the Board on teaching methodology and technique of evaluation.
